With the aim of redesigning the 13 year old TfL homepage, I tested high level concepts that reflect how user needs may have changed over the years with users.

I began by looking into how the site is currently structured and facilitated card sorting sessions to find how users and internal team members group different types of information.
Concepts for the global navigation were tree tested using Lyssna, developed further into prototypes then tested with real users in order to understand how people around London relate to certain terminology and their mental models when given tasks to complete.
