Casa Blond — Milan Design Week

During Milan Design Week, I worked as part of the team at Blond to hold an exhibition, not only highlighting recent projects but also holding a week-long interactive design session that acted as a platform to share our creative design process with the public. The aim for this exhibition was multi-faceted—on one side it was to introduce Blond and its design process on a global stage, and on the other, it was a tool to launch two very different brands to a relevant and widespread audience. The space was designed to invite users from room to room, with a consistent visual language throughout, yet at the same time capturing the essence of the brands that were being launched.

My main role involved creating digital experiences on apps and mobile websites. When users tapped a connected physical product, they would be taken through a mobile experience that tied closely to their use case adding useful information or other benefits.

Many sources of air pollution are tied directly to urban cities. However, the level of information available on air quality is quite low, compromising how aware the public are to the dangers they face daily.

Existing solutions can provide information on air quality. However, current products have limits on how beneficial or easy to understand the information is.

For parent companies aiming to expand into new markets using connected packaging, I developed several branding visuals and art direction. Starting out with an initial story and a tone of voice, then bringing them to life through considered design

New product development was a key responibility in this role, starting out with unique ideas and developing them into fully fledged concepts through the design process.
